Hi, I’m Mikki, the Founder & CEO of MOMENTUM Business Support Ltd, which I’ve grown over the last 13+ years into a trusted operations and support company for small businesses across the UK.

Unlike a coach, I don’t just ask questions — I help build systems and make strategic decisions with you. And unlike a typical consultant, I stay involved to ensure things are implemented well.
Q: How does pricing work?
You can work with me on a fixed monthly retainer, or in some cases through a flexible equity or profit-share arrangement. I also offer short-term pilots if you want to test the water.
